Stå framför din rumsdörr, håll mobiltelefonen mot låset med Key-appen öppen på rätt bokning.
Innan du klickar på "lås upp," är det viktigt att baksidan av din telefon är i direkt kontakt med låset (om några Apple Pay-uppmaningar visas, skjut dem åt sidan). Du kommer att märka ett gult ljus som strålar från låset—när du ser detta, tryck på lås upp-knappen för att få tillgång till ditt rum.

Issues?

  • Bluetooth and WiFi/Roaming needs to be active.
  • Make sure the mobile number you are logging in with is the same as you provided us. If not – let us know!
  • Remember, it's crucial to follow these steps precisely to ensure a seamless door-opening experience.
  • If you click the unlock button before positioning your phone against the lock or if your phone is too far away, the door will remain locked.
